Ty Bledsoe

Ty Bledsoe is an accomplished executive, keynote speaker and solutions architect. Mr. Bledsoe has advocated for solutions to challenges ranging from racial injustice and economic inequity to affordable housing and leadership development. Raised in the S.F. Bay Area by a single mother, he emerged to become a 3rd Generation pastor and a visionary leader.
Mr. Bledsoe is the Assistant Vice President – External & Legislative Affairs at a Fortune 10 Company. He is responsible for the company’s legislative interests among federal, state and local elected officials across most of North Texas. Mr. Bledsoe is the former Director – Diversity & Inclusion. Ty is the published author of The Mountaintop: One Black Leader’s Courageous Fight for Faith, Justice & Empowerment.
Licensed as a Minister at age 16 and Ordained at age 21 by the Church of God in Christ Inc., Rev. Bledsoe’s ministry spans over 25 years. Currently, Ty serves in a Pastoral capacity on the CareNetwork, Member Care and Social Justice teams at One Community Church’s Prosper Campus.
Mr. Bledsoe received his Bachelor of Arts from UC Davis and Executive Master of Business Administration from California State University – Sacramento. Ty serves on the Executive Board for the University of Texas at Dallas, the Greater Irving Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & Executive Committee and the Plano Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & Executive Committee.
